I am dedicated to equiping people through education and training, enabling them to make their best life, educational. and career choices through the use of proven personality assessments and tools. The result is greater satisfaction and personal fullfillment in work and daily life.

I graduated from the University of Miami ('78), magna cum laude, with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. At Miami, as an academic advisor, I helped undeclared majors find their educational paths. Later, as the Director of Volunteers at a large church, I used assessments to help place hundreds of volunteers in positions that fit their unique preferences and met the needs of the community at the same time. Over the past 20 years working with business executives and people in transition, I have continued to see the value of a personality based approach to work, life, and learning.
